Something's actually gone wrong, and you need an honest diagnosis, not a guessing game. This is where our repair center comes in.
We see the same handful of problems again and again, and that's exactly why we're fast at solving them.
The set won't turn on at all, standby light included. Usually a power board or capacitor fault.
Power's on, but there's nothing on the display — or it flickers on and off.
Horizontal or vertical lines, discoloured patches, or dead pixels on the panel.
Picture's fine, but the sound has gone silent, crackly, or out of sync.
The screen looks dim, shadowy, or is barely visible even in daylight.
Physical damage from impact or an accidental knock off the stand or wall.
Spills, monsoon leaks, or humidity-related shorts inside the unit.
A genuine safety issue — switch off at the wall and call us immediately.
The component-level failures behind a lot of "random" symptoms.
Ports that won't detect a device, or have stopped responding entirely.
App crashes and slow response on Android TV, WebOS, Tizen, and other platforms.
IR sensor faults or pairing issues that leave your remote unresponsive.
We don't replace a part just because it's the easiest guess. Every repair starts with an actual diagnosis at your home: testing the power supply, checking the panel and backlight, and isolating whether the fault is mechanical, electrical, or software.
Only then do we quote you a price, and only then do we start the repair. If the cost of fixing an old panel outweighs its value, we'll tell you that too, instead of running up a bill on a TV that's better off replaced.
